- Receiving my bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Virginia while competing as a dual-sport athlete on the varsity softball and volleyball teams
- Pursuing my life dream of going to the Olympics as a member of the United States National Rowing Team. In 2014, I won a silver medal at World Cup II and placed sixth at the 2014 World Championships in the women’s double sculls event with my partner, Ellen Tomek
