Mr. Rudy Riska Dear Rudy: On behalf of the Awards Committee and the Board of Directors of The National Football Foundation and College Hall of Fame, it gives me great pleasure to inform you that you have been selected as the recipient of the Outstanding Contribution to amateur Football Award 2003. Congratulations! We are particularly pleased that this prestigious award is going to someone who has devoted himself to college athletics and in particular the game of college football. Throughout your career you have demonstrated outstanding administrative skills, particularly overseeing the operations of the Heisman Memorial Trophy Foundation. We are pleased to recognize you for all of your accomplishments, and with this honor, your name and likeness will be permanently displayed as a part of the Outstanding Contribution to amateur Football exhibit at he College Football Hall of Fame in South Bend, Indiana, joining many great names from the past. The presentation will be made at the Foundation's Annual Awards Luncheon at the Waldorf-Atoria Hotel in New York City on Tuesday December 9, 2003. At the Luncheon, the National High School Scholar-athletes will also be honored as well as the Outstanding Football Official and John L. Toner Award recipient. After receiving the award at the Luncheon, you will be invited to join us on the dais for our 46th Annual Awards Dinner later that evening.
