Syracuse University will retire the #44 in a halftime ceremony on Saturday, November 12, in honor of Jim Brown, Ernie Davis and Floyd Little. In addition to Brown, Little, and Davis' mother, Marie Fleming, other players who have worn #44 at Syracuse will be present, including Rob Konrad, Michael Owens, Bill Schoonover and Tom Stephens.
